Eric Nielsen – Builder & Industry Leader
Eric Nielsen, a third-generation builder, is a key owner and active leader in the management and operations of Nielsen Communities, Nielsen Development, and NB Consulting. As President of NB Consulting, he has played a pivotal role in the development and completion of over 1,300 residential homes across California, New Mexico, and Texas. Additionally, for more than 20 years, he has successfully constructed and remodeled numerous custom homes in the San Diego area.
With a deep-rooted background in construction, Eric began his journey framing houses for the family business as a teenager. This hands-on experience has instilled in him an exceptional attention to detail and a comprehensive understanding of every aspect of homebuilding.
